Holiday Gift Basket Raffle for a Cause!

    $20.00$650.00

Join the South West Communities Chamber of Commerce for this special online fundraising event! The South West Communities Chamber is disheartened to announce that we will be unable to host our annual Holiday Luncheon this year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t continue making spirits bright this season.

This year, the South West Communities Chamber is bringing you an online fundraiser in conjunction with our annual meeting. Not only will we be giving away gift baskets just like we have at our annual holiday luncheon, but we will also be announcing new board members as well as returning board members for the 2021 year and even have a musical performance. That’s not the best part! In our mission to help give back to the community we will also be donating fifty percent of proceeds to our Donation Drive non-profit members. Help non-profits in need and the chamber of commerce spread holiday joy by purchasing a ticket, sponsoring our event or donating direct to one of your favorite non-profits. It’s all online so you can watch from the comfort of your couch. Thank you all for your continued support.

Honoring The Men Who Built the Chamber

Honoring The Men Who Built the Chamber

(Bridgeville, PA) The South West Regional Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Bridgeville Historical Society is bringing you a special exhibit to honor the work of chamber members and volunteers who, just over twenty years-ago helped to reconstruct a West Penn Power Station and transform it into the chamber building that is still in use today.

The building, which has been incorporated into the chamber’s logo for the past twenty years, was updated through a rebrand in 2022 as a commemorative design to symbolize the dedication of local community members who put an enormous effort into constructing the chamber’s humble home.

Higher Images of Carnegie (formally a Bridgeville business) and the chamber’s current executive director, Mandi Pryor, took the previous design of the chamber and using a drone and architectural renderings to re-create the building to fit a more modern identity in a 3d design while adding in other small business designs to represent that they don’t stand alone, but are an integral part of our community.

The chamber building has gone through some aesthetic design changes in the past year as well as technological updates, which will help to better serve the current community and their businesses. From freshly painted walls to a new smart technology center in the community conference room, the chamber continues to adapt to serve our members better.

The chamber wants to thoroughly thank all of those who dedicated their time, money and materials to create a home for our business community.   Project leaders included Dr. Lou Phillips, Frank Romano, Bert Cherry, Frank Exler, Peter Dreon, Scott Adams, Frank Chebatoris, Jim Sullivan and a handful of other community members.

In addition to local businesses donating their goods and services, a generous donation by Anderson Equipment also helped to fund the chamber’s construction during its transition in the 90’s. In continuing these efforts, the chamber hopes to replace their awning and continue updating our conference center through the help of our Car Raffle Fundraiser in 2023.

Please join the South West Regional Chamber of Commerce at the Bridgeville Historical Society for a special presentation honoring those who helped in the 1990’s chamber building project.

Memorabilia will be on display at the Bridgeville Historical Society from April 3rd, 2023 through May 11th, 2023

    May 11th, 2023

    4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

We have assisted many kids in grades K – 12 locally, to help them understand math by teaching the way that makes sense to them. Math is a skill that can be learnt and we experience that everyday at our center, when kids say “AHA”, now I know!! or they say, “can I stay longer”. We are proud to be helping our community for a better future.

Meenakshi Aggarwal and co-owner Preeti Paranjpe have both have lived in beautiful Pittsburgh for the last 22 years. Meenakshi graduated from medical school then continued to IT school. Since then she has been working in IT for 20+  years.

Preeti graduated with a masters in Human resources and economic and has been 19+ years of experience in HR. Preeti, owns great expertise in human resources and is great at working with kids.
We have been passionate about doing community events small and large scale. We liked the fact that we can add value to the community and then thought of joining Mathnasium. Now, seeing the glow on kid’s faces, with parents assured , we continue to look forward to helping many kids in our community.
